Casa Grande Art Museum's exterior revitaliaztion project:
Casa Grande Art Museum is located at 319 W 3rd Street in Casa Grande's historic downtown. It is a non-profit 501C organization and a valued art space in our community.
Beginning in January of 2018, CGAA began raising funds and contributing time and labor to revitalize its exterior and grounds. We've had the building painted and installed a new AC, added new gravel, irrigation and landscaping. Community-involved mosaics and murals are continuously being created and incorporated into the landscaping. Volunteers are manufacturing a unique steel fence with stained glass inserts that was designed by CGAA president Leah Kiser. Central Arizona College's welding teacher, students and CGAA volunteers are spending hundreds of hours creating this fence that will replace the existing chain link fence.
How can you help? Join us at garden-maintenance days, help plan fundraisers by joining CGAA's Museum Committee, volunteer at fundraisers, attend fundraisers, or donate money at our Museum Go Fund Me page.
